Shipping costs
Delivery of your package within the Netherlands is free.

Shipping costs Belgium: 4.95 euros.

Delivery address
When you place an order on littlemoonshop.nl you can choose to have your package delivered to your own address or to an alternative address. However, your order cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

 

Delivery time
Your order will be delivered to the address you specified within 1-3 business days as standard. Our business days are from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. We ship your package via PostNL.

 

Track your order
After you have placed an order on little-moon.nl, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number when your order leaves our warehouse. This allows you to track your package to your front door. If you are not home to receive your order, the PostNL delivery person will deliver your package to the nearest PostNL point.

 

Packaging
We pack your parcel with great care, so that you receive your order in good order. If this is not the case, you can contact our customer service.

 

Returns
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to think about your purchase. If you do not want to keep the ordered items, you can return them free of charge within 30 days. The items must be returned undamaged and unwashed to the return address. If your item is damaged when you receive it, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately: support@little-moon.nl. You can register a return in your account:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the order you wish to return.
3. Then click on 'Request return'.
4. Select the reason for return and click on 'Request return'.
