Order
- Select your desired item(s) on little-moon.nl.
- Click the “Add to cart” button.
- Added multiple items to your cart? Click the shopping cart icon at the top right and select “Checkout.”
- Already have an account? Log in.
- Don’t have an account yet? Enter your address details and click “Continue to shipping.”
- Choose your preferred delivery method.
- Have a voucher? Enter it on the payment page.
- Select your payment method and complete your order easily.
Your order has been placed! You’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll immediately start preparing your order.
No, creating an account is not required. You can also place an order through our webshop without one.
We’re so glad you’ve placed an order with us! Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Track & Trace details.
You can check your order status in your account. If your order has already been shipped, you can track it here and see the expected delivery date.

To ensure fast delivery, we start processing your order immediately after it’s placed. This means it’s only possible to cancel your order within a short time frame.
After 30 minutes, you can still submit a cancellation request, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee it will be successful.

Payment
We offer several payment methods on little-moon.nl. You can pay using iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal, or Klarna.

If you experience issues while making a payment on little-moon.nl, try placing your order using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, or Edge). Clearing your cookies can also help resolve the issue.

Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer worldwide shipping. At this time, we only ship within Europe.
We do not deliver to countries outside the European region, including Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the Canary Islands.
Is your country not listed? Unfortunately, we don’t ship there yet — but we hope to expand our delivery options in the future!
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.
In addition to the Netherlands, we also ship to other European countries. You can find the shipping costs per country here.
You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email includes your Track & Trace number, which allows you to easily follow your order.

- Your order number
- Photos of the incorrect or damaged item
We’ll review it promptly and provide a suitable solution.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.
To register your return, follow these steps in your account:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the order you wish to return.
- Select “Request a return.”
- Choose the reason for your return and confirm your request.

Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge.
For returns from all other countries we charge €3.99 return costs.
Pack your item securely, preferably in the original box.
We apply a maximum processing time of 10 business days after receiving your return.
The purchase amount will always be refunded using the same payment method you used for your order.
Once your return has been processed, the refund will appear in your account within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange an item. You can return the item in accordance with our return policy, and then place a new order for the desired product.
