Returns & Refunds

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to reconsider your purchase. If you decide not to keep the items, you can return them free of charge within 30 days.

The items must be returned undamaged and unwashed to the return address. If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately at support@little-moon.nl. Click here for the full return policy.

To submit a return, follow these steps in your account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on 'Request Return.'
  4. Select the reason for the return and click 'Request Return.'
  5. Take the package to the nearest service point.
  6. Keep the proof of delivery until your return is processed.

If you don't have an account or if anything is unclear, please contact us at support@little-moon.nl or through our contact page. We're happy to assist you!

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can track your return shipment to see when the package arrives at our warehouse. From that point, the 10 day processing period begins.

After processing your return, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days. You will always receive the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
