Return period
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to register your item as a return in your account. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it in. Don't have an account or is something unclear? Please contact us via support@little-moon.nl or via ourcontact page.

NB!The item may only be used to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. The items must be returned undamaged and unwashed. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and not processed as a return.

Return costs
Returns within the Netherlands are free.

For returns from all other countries we charge €3.99 return costs.

Pack your item securely, preferably in the original box.

Received a damaged or defective item?
If your item is damaged upon receipt, we ask that you contact our customer service immediately: support@little-moon.nl.

Refund
You will always receive the purchase amount back in the same way you paid this amount. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed. After processing your return, the purchase amount will be in your account within 5 working days.
