Order
- Select the item(s) of your choice on little-moon.nl.
- Click the 'Add to Cart' button.
- Have you added multiple items to your shopping cart using the 'Add to cart' button? Then click on your shopping cart at the top right and click on checkout.
- Do you have an account? Log in.
- Don't have an account yet? Fill in your address details now. Then click on 'Continue sending'.
- Please select a delivery method.
- Do you have a voucher? Fill it in on the payment page.
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment easily.
- Your order has been placed! We will send you a confirmation email and start processing your order right away.
No, it is not necessary to create an account. You can also place an order via our webshop without an account.
How nice that you have placed an order with us! As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace information.
In your account you can find the status of your order. Has your order been shipped? Then you can track your order here and see when it will be delivered.

To deliver your order as soon as possible, we will start working on it immediately after placing your order. It is therefore only possible to cancel your order for a short time.
After 30 minutes it is still possible to submit a cancellation request, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will actually work. You can submit a cancellation request by sending an email to support@little-moon.nl or via our contact page .
Pay
We offer different payment methods on little-moon.nl. It is possible to pay via IDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal or Klarna. More information about the different payment methods can be found here: Payment.
If you experience problems with paying on the website of little-moon.nl, you can try to place your order in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari). Deliver
Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver worldwide.
At the moment it is only possible to place an order from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain (Canary Islands excluded), Italy, Austria & Denmark.
Is your country not listed here? Unfortunately, we do not ship there yet. We hope to ship to more countries in the future!
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.
In addition to the Netherlands, we also ship to other countries. The shipping costs per country can be found here.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped, with the track & trace number in this email you can easily track your order.

Returns
You can return your order to us within 30 days. The items must be returned in as original a condition as possible and undamaged.
You can register a return in your account:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the order you wish to return.
- Then click on 'Request return'.
- Select the reason for return and click on 'Request return'.

Returns within the Netherlands are free.
For returns from all other countries we charge €3.99 return costs.
We have a maximum processing time of 1 week after receipt of the return.
You will always receive the purchase amount back in the same way in which you paid this amount.
After your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item.
The item can be returned according to our return policy. After that you can place a new order for the desired item.
