Order
- Select the item(s) of your choice on little-moon.nl.
- Click the 'Add to Cart' button.
- Have you added multiple items to your shopping cart using the 'Add to cart' button? Then click on your shopping cart at the top right and click on checkout.
- Do you have an account? Log in.
- Don't have an account yet? Fill in your address details now. Then click on 'Continue sending'.
- Please select a delivery method.
- Do you have a voucher? Fill it in on the payment page.
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment easily.
- Your order has been placed! We will send you a confirmation email and start processing your order right away.
No, creating an account is not required. You can place an order through our webshop without one.
How wonderful that you've placed an order with us! Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace information.
In your account, you can check the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, you can track it here and see when it will be delivered.

To deliver your order as soon as possible, we will start working on it immediately after placing your order. It is therefore only possible to cancel your order for a short time.
After 30 minutes it is still possible to submit a cancellation request, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will actually work. You can submit a cancellation request by sending an email to support@little-moon.nl or via our contact page .
Pay
We offer different payment methods on little-moon.nl. It is possible to pay with IDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal or Klarna. More information about the different payment methods can be found here: Payment.
If you encounter issues while paying on little-moon.nl, try placing your order in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Safari). Deleting cookies can also often resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@little-moon.nl or via our contact page. We’ll be happy to assist you!
Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver worldwide.
At the moment we only ship within Europe.
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.
In addition to the Netherlands, we also ship to other countries. The shipping costs per country can be found here.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace information
You can track it here and see when it will be delivered.
That shouldn't have happened! Please feel free to contact us at support@little-moon.nl or through our contact page. Our team will assess your request and opt for the best solution.
Returns
You can return your order to us within 30 days. The items must be returned in as original a condition as possible and undamaged.
You can submit a return in your account:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the order you wish to return.
- Click on 'Request Return.'
- Select the reason for the return and click 'Request Return.'
- Take the package to the nearest service point.
- Keep the proof of delivery until your return is processed.

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
It can take 10 business days for your return to be processed.
You will always receive a refund using the same payment method you used for your order.
Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
If you need to exchange, then we kindly ask you to return your item and to place a new order.
