Shipping

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, tracked shipping method.

When you place an order on little-moon.nl, you can choose to have your package delivered to your own address or an alternative address. However, we cannot deliver to a P.O. box address.

To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we start processing it immediately after you place your order. Therefore, there is only a short window of time to cancel your order. You can request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order, but we cannot guarantee that this will be successful. To submit a cancellation request, please email support@little-moon.nl or use our contact page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. This allows you to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep. If you are not home to receive your order, the courier will deliver your package to the nearest service point.

Unfortunately, we do not yet ship to countries outside of Europe.

Orders are only shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
